Domaine Chanson Fleurie 2015 Red Wine is made with 100% Gamay grapes. In the very heart of the Beaujolais, in the village of Fleurie, Chanson issues grapes from 2 specific plots “Champagne” and “Les Deux Rivières”, ideally oriented South with granite and sand soils. Meticulous vinifications have produced wines with very pure aromas and a very fresh structure. After a very cold winter and a cold spring, the weather at the start of summer was quite demanding. The harvest commenced in mid-September in bright sunshine producing wines with outstanding aromas of ripe red and black fruits.
