Deutz Brut Rosé Champagne is a delicate Cuvée which evokes Summer fruit.... its shimmering shades of pink reveal fine shining bubbles. Cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and redcurrent from a rounded and expressive bouquet, crisp and enticing. Its delicately acidulous flavours are given depth by notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Pinot Noir with 8% of red wine added during assemblage. Medium to full bodied, good to drink now.

Champagne Deutz owns 42 hectares of vineyards. Harvest is usually around mid-September and is done by hand by pickers who are paid by the hour rather than the kilo to ensure no compromise is made on the quality of fruit harvested. This Brut Rosé spends 3 years ageing on the lees and a further 6 months following dégorgement before release.
This Rosé Champagne can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal. Delicious when paired with salmon, Bayonne ham, duck with red berry sauces and fresh and creamy cheeses.
