Amour de Deutz Blanc de Blancs 2014 is a prestigious 100% Chardonnay Champagne that is characterised by its luminous gold colour, creamy texture and refined minerality. Known for its delicate balance between indulgent opulence and vibrant freshness, the Champagne is ideal as an aperitif or with delicate seafood dishes.
The Chardonnay for this wine hails from some of the Cote des Blancs' finest vineyards including Avize, Mesnil and Oger with a touch hailing from the Montagne de Reims' Villers-Marmery. The grapes were pressed and vinified at Deutz's state of the art winery in Ay, with each individual parcel being vinified in its own separate tank. Using Coquard presses, only the free-run juice and first pressing was used for this wine.
