Château Minuty Rosé et Or is an Estate rosé wine, and is the winery's three main terroirs expertly blended to create the winery's signature subtle flavour and intense aromas. The Rosé is HEV certified, which means that each grape is hand-picked, with low temperature alcoholic fermentation and no malolactic fermentation.
Each grape is picked from one of the winery's three main vineyards, with terroirs of sand, schist and clay, and combine to create a remarkably fresh wine.

The aroma of this wine is a true explosion of fruits, combining delicate and distinct scents. White-fleshed fruits develop into more tropical notes, revealing their luxuriance by every passing minute. On the palate, the rosé is enchanting with it's intricacy and salinity, it is characteristic of the terroir and it's exceptional freshness.
The Château Minuty Rosé et Or's juxtaposition of intensity and delicacy means that it pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, and will really bring out spices in a meal. It would be a particularly perfect addition to a seafood meal, such as fleshy oysters, prawns or shellfish, as well as complementing exotic or Asian dishes such as pad thai. In addition to this, the Rosé et Or goes exceedingly well with the creamy sauce and chicken in a good Caesar salad; as well as a classic starter like Parma ham or melon; fresh and young hard cheeses and even a tropical fruit sorbet for desert.
