2024 was a mild year, with the rainfall in the region of Provence returning to normal. This encouraged early budding and flowering, and supporting the vine's growth cycle to reach it's full potential and allowing the Minuity team to create truly spectacular wines.
Light and bright, this Rosé holds aromas of crisp red fruits, succeeded by exquisite notes of peach. The palate is enchanting in it's freshness and volume.
Once chilled, the Minuty M Rosé is perfect when enjoyed with nibbles, tapas or dips relaxing by the pool. It is also the perfect addition to any al fresco dining experience, pairing especially well with summery salads, and seafood including shellfish and prawns.
