On the nose, the wine showcases a bold bouquet of fruits of the forest, spices and enticing purple fruit. On the palate, the wine is overflowing with ripe berry flavours, complemented by subtler gravelly tones.
For a show-stopping combination try with roasted guinea fowl with caramelised shallots and shaved truffle.
