The 2015 vintage delivers remarkable concentration and structure, offering aromas of ripe black fruits, garrigue, smoked meat, leather, spice, and earthy minerality.

On the nose, the 2015 vintage has aromas of blackberry and cassis, blueberries and violet that is layered with smoky spices, olive tapenade and earthy nuances. The palate is full-bodied, rich and concentrated with flavours of dark fruit liqueur, pepper, wild herbs and black tea. The tannins are fine and mouth-coating, and the finish is long, mineral-charged and spicy with lingering herbal undertones.
The 2015 vintage is a powerful, Mourvèdre-driven Châteauneuf-du-Pape which pairs best with rich, savory, and slow-cooked dishes that can match its depth, structure, and aromatic complexity. Pair alongside herb-crusted lamb rack, venison or duck confit. Alternatively, serve alongside Cassoulet with duck and sausage or aged, firm cheeses.
