On the nose, notes of honeysuckle, quince and roasted almond are complemented by touches of white flowers, flint and green apple. The palate is round and creamy with honey undertones. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a salty, mouthwatering impression.
This wine is perfect to pair with seafood dishes, particularly oysters, as well as light salads and creamy cheeses. It is best served chilled at around 10-12°C.
