Wolfburn Aurora Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70cl
Wolfburn, reinstated in 2012, is notable as Scotland's most northerly mainland distillery, only a few miles south of John O'Groats.
'Aurora' is a non-chill filtered release, having been laid down in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, this has a fruity and nutty character with notes of sweet Sherry.
