Hand-picked and gently pressed, a pretty rose gold appearance greets the eye. Some time on lees has built a delightful textural interest. On the nose, notes of ripe citrus, red berries, and hints of stone fruit are complemented by floral aromatics. The palate has flavours of blood orange, pomegranate, red currant,s and guava. There is a backbone of fine acidity, complemented by some minerality, and a lingering finish.

It’s the perfect pairing for a salt and pepper calamari with garlic aioli and a squeeze of lemon. Alternatively, pair alongside steamed fish with ginger.
