WhistlePig began on their Vermont farm in 2007, crafting the world’s finest and most interesting Rye Whiskeys. With help from Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, WhistlePig discovered and purchased an incredible stock of 10 year old blending Whiskey in Canada that was being profoundly misused and this is what kicked off their grand adventure.

On the nose, notes of allspice, orange peel, anise, oak, char and caramel. This Whiskey is sweet on the palate with hints of caramel and vanilla, followed by ryespice and mint. A long finish of warm butterscotch and caramel.
