Vilmart et Cie 'Emotion' 2013 Vintage Rosé Champagne 75cl is known as one of the greatest Rosé Champagnes due to its complexity, delicious fruit notes, focus and finesse. Created using 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from vines in Rilly La Montagne. The wine has been aged for 10 months in oak barrels and bottled before spending 60 months on the lees.
Vilmart & Cie are one of the Artisan du Champagne, which are a small group of growers that farm organically and biodynamically and have a conscientious approach to making champagnes that emphasise where they are grown.
