Made using 50 to 60 different crus, and 30% Reserve wines, the Rosé is dominantly Pinot Noir (50%), which provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay (30%) adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier (20%) rounds out the blend. The blend is then completed with 12% of still red wine using red grapes, providing fruitiness.

On the nose: The nose is generous and elegant with initial aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry) leading to biscuity notes (almond, apricot and brioche).
