Storm Wines Ridge Pinot Noir 2021 is produced using Pinot Noir grapes grown on the highest site in the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, exposed to cool southeasterly winds. This, therefore, means that the wine shows a cool expression of the grape variety with great complexity and maturity with beautifully balanced fruit aromas and flavours.
After ageing in 25% new French barriques for 11 months, the wines are then aged in the bottle for 15 months creating great depth and ageing potential.
