Redbreast 12 Year Old Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a traditional Pot Still whiskey filled with rich, bold flavours. The W & A Gilbey Distillery Company was founded in 1857 as wine importers. It wasn't until 1912 first official reference to the brand name 'Redbreast' appears, the name 'Redbreast' itself refers to the bird and is attributed to the then Chairman of Gilbey's, who was an avid bird watcher.
