Quinta de la RosaWhite Port is an amber/honey colour. Quinta de la Rosa's White Port is made in the traditional manner in their granite lagares, the grapes are lightly trodden to give its distinctive golden colour, before the free run juice is fermented and fortified at 7 Beaume. The White Port is then stored in small wooden casks and matured in their own lodge at La Rosa. The White Port is blended from stocks held at La Rosa and has an average age of 2-3 years.
