Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV Champagne 75cl
A beautifully balanced and elegant Blanc de Blancs from Pommery with pleasing acidity and minerality. Produced from 100% Chardonnay sourced from some of the most prestigious vineyards in Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Its characteristic complexity comes from extended cellar aging Pommerys 18 kilometers of hollowed out of chalk cellars, 30 meters below the ground.
In 1858 Madame Pommery took over the business following the death of her husband, she stressed the importance of the origin of the grapes and their quality. She also created the first commercially successful Brut Nature Champagne in 1874.
