Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
On the nose, this deep maroon wine showcases aromas of sweet red berry fruit, with an enjoyable herbaceous tobacco leaf character, and tones of oak-derived toffee. Red fruit continues on to the mid-palate, with a concentrated tannin profile. The wine feels luxurious in the mouth, and the tannins are smoothed thanks to the addition of 14% merlot in the blend.
The wine's rich, full-bodied profile pairs well with robust flavours, so it makes the perfect pairing for grilled or roasted burgers, steak or lamb.
