The 2022 vintage displays a ripe, lively Albariño profile. The bouquet is complex, combining aromas of apricot, mango and blossoming trees with a saline quality over an elegant herbal undertone of eucalyptus. In the mouth, the wine is vibrant and crisp, with an invigorating acidity and culminating in a prolonged saline finish.
Delicious with white asparagus, shrimp tartar, grilled scallops, marinated sardines or tangy grapefruit or blood orange jam.
