Palmer & Co Brut Reserve Champagne is based on wines selected from the very best vineyards in Champagne. Premiers & Grand Crus grapes are selected from the Montagne de Reims area and give great personality to the wines, such as an undeniable freshness and perfect balance.
Palmer & Co have been producing their elegant Champagnes since 1947 when 7 winegrowers came together with a shared vision and passion. They take the art of blending very seriously and age their wines on the lees for an extended time to create a pure character and aromatic complexity.
Charbonnel & Walker Chocolates - a perfect match for fine champagnes. Milk Marc de Champagne Truffles are lightly dusted milk chocolate truffles with a delicious Champagne truffle centre, mixed with a little rum. Marc de Champagne is a clear liquor distilled from the pomace of pressed champagne grapes and is part of the secret ingredient of the delicate scent and unique flavour of Charbonnel & Walker's creamy Marc de Champagne truffles.
