Nyetimber Tillington Single Vineyard 2014 Sparkling Wine 75cl
Nyetimber, famed for its Chardonnay bias have bucked this trend with their first Pinot Noir-dominated sparkling wine. In addition, it is also the first English single estate/single vineyard sparkling wine, so is again something different. Tillington is a plot with vines planted in 2006 and 2007, sharing similar soil to other sites they own.
Drinking beautifully now, however it will be fascintating to see how this develops over the coming years as the Pinot Noir asserts itself further.
