Nyetimber Chérie Demi Sec Sparkling Wine 75cl is the latest innovative release from Nyetimber Vineyards based in Sussex, England. The limited release Demi Sec is made from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay and only a few thousand bottles have been produced. This is the first release of a Sparkling Demi Sec from an English producer, whilst also being an uncommon release worldwide.
