Nyetimber NV Demi Sec Sparkling Wine 75cl is the latest innovative release from Nyetimber Vineyards based in Sussex, England. The limited release Demi Sec is made from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay and only a few thousand bottles have been produced. This is the first release of a Sparkling Demi Sec from an English producer, whilst also being an uncommon release worldwide.

A delicious representation an off-dry sparkling, aromas of lemon, mineral and honey tones. The palate has a lively, sweet lemon start off by a crisp acidity and a very clean, pure structure.
The Sparkling Wine has been deliberately made to pair with deserts including fruit based pastries, rice pudding, panettone and a selection of lighter cheeses.
