Nyetimber Classic Cuveé Case Deal is of six bottles of the Classic cuveé. A blend of white Chardonnay fruit and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and vintage dated each year, Nyetimber's winemakers draw upon their palette of base wines to create a wine of structure and complexity through the exacting process of 'assemblage', or blending. The Classic cuvée is produced by a sparkling winemaking process characterised by the use of secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged in bottle for at least three years prior to release.
