Nikka Rita 30 yr Apple Brandy Whisky 70cl

Specially created in honour of Rita, the Masataka Taketsuru Scottish wife, and to celebrate the 80 years of Nikka Whisky, this Apple Brandy is absolutely unique. It takes us into the past at the beginning of the story of the brand, when in addition to whisky, some apple juices, ciders and spirits distilled from apple were produced.

Rita Apple Brandy 30 year old is a Japanese Calvados, whose flavour profile expresses strong fruity notes of ripe apple, baked apple and apple juice. The long aging in oak barrels completed the fruity aromas with notes of walnut, pistachio, almond, ginger and cinnamon. At the same time soft, sweet and intensely fruity, it can be served as a digestif after a particularly good meal.
