Monte del Fra Bardolino Red Wine Italy 75cl
This Bardolino is produced from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara from hills located at 100 to 150 meters above sea level. After harvest in September Slow fermentation in constantly controlled temperature steel vats takes place before bottling.
Monte del Fra vineyards are situated in the rural village of Custoza next to Villafranca di Verona. The estate is currently run by brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo. The Bonomo family first arrived during the mid-twentieth century.
