Moët & Chandon's Brut Imperial Non Vintage Champagne is complete in the sense of being rigorously composed and perfectly balanced. It is well structured with a clean, pronounced attack, developing well on the palate, with good presence and volume, and ending elegantly, with a fresh finish that leaves the palate alert. Moet & Chandon's oenologists work to produce well-balanced assemblages combining the three Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and utilising the richness and diversity of the Champagne 'terroir' to express their essence.

An elegant golden straw yellow colour with green highlights are seen within the glass. On the Nose: Vibrant and intense aromas of green apple and citrus fruit, the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers, the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). The Palate is generous with the delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple) the alluring caress of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.
