On the nose, sweet vanilla with a light, floral perfume is present to start. Deeper notes of citrus zest, fresh herbs, and sweet spices are complemented by a touch of charred oak and black pepper. The palate is rich with cinnamon, clove, green apple, and further sweet vanilla notes. The charred American oak notes add complexity across the palate and finish.
