Lanson has released a special collection of truly remarkable fine vintage champagnes, each converted bottle has been carefully curated by Hervé Dantan the Chef des Caves since 2015. Every bottle in this vintage collection is a combination of the finest grapes from a single vintage year, which undergo extensive lees ageing, yet retain the Lanson spirit of Champagnes that’s are fruity, powerful, crisp and elegant.
The Lanson Vintage Collection Champagne 1979 Magnum is a blend of 48% Chardonnay, 52% Pinot Noir that has been aged for 38 years on lees and disgorged February 2018.
