Composed from 80 different grapes and the finest Crus with 45% reserve wines, the result of precisely matching different plots from the best wines from the year’s harvest. The Champagne is elaborately full-bodied and is matured for at least five years in Cellars to develop a subtle combination of richness and complexity. A strong emphasis of 10-year-old reserve wines aged in oak casks.

The Champagne is deep yellow in colour, with golden tones and persistent, delicate bubbles. On the nose, a bouquet of honey, biscuit, marzipan and sweet spices are complimented by tones of deep, earthy liquorice. In the mouth, the Champagne is full-bodied, with a focused fruitiness, fresh citrus notes and brioche flavours. The palate develops with further flavours of chalk, highlighting the density and vitality of the wine.
Lanson’s Chef Ambassador recommends pairing this Champagne with a crispy poultry supreme, accompanied by glazed sancho pear, meyer lemon slices and walnut pesto.
