Klein Constantia Estate Riesling White Wine 2022 is an excellent vintage, marking the fourth crop from this block of Riesling showing that Klein Constantia are beginning to understand the true potential of this particular terroir. Family owned and run since 1689, Klein Constantia's philosophy is founded on quality rather than quantity, reflected in the wines regularly inviting accolades, both locally and internationally.
This wine will age beautifully for up to 10 years in the bottle after it was left on the lees for 6 months.

Grape: Riesling
The wine presents an intricate bouquet of citrus blossom, rose petals, jasmine and cloves. In the mouth, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and hints of spices. The wine has a crisp acidity, a creamy mouthfeel and a prolonged, dry finish, with lingering notes of Turkish delight and white peach.
Delicious with poultry dishes as well as rich fish such as tuna and salmon. Also, try with spicy foods or sweet desserts!

Delicious Riesling
Klein Constantia does not disappoint and this riesling is a pleasant addition - paired with thai prawns perfect and cut through the flavours. 5 star for me
