At the heart of this particular edition, lies the sought-after Islay single malt from Port Ellen, a "ghost" distillery sitting low on Kilnaughton Bay, that shut its doors in 1983. Whilst the Port Ellen distillery is now silent, the memory of the ships setting sail with the cargo of smoky single malt whisky still lingers.
