Henri Giraud Argonne Rose 2011 Vintage Champagne 75cl
This 2011 vintage, which has excellent ageing potential, gains richness and complexity during the vinification process in oak barrels from the Argonne forest. Henri Giraud is a rising name in the Champagne scene and one of the most creative wineries in the area. Their wines are based on a distinctive approach to Terroir.
This decadent Champagne will drink well now but has the intensity and structure to age further.
The Giraud-Hémart family has farmed vines at Aÿ since 1625. However, it is only since current head Claude Giraud took over that the wines have been released under the family name.
