Aromatic with notes of strawberry and green apple. Earthy with medium body and dry finish. Fresh and lively. Very chalky, honeyed apples, red fruit, lemon sherbet - it has a bit of everything. Soft fine mousse.

Smooth, tasty, perfect for a toast
We bought this to toast in the new year - what a fantastic bottle of champaign - smooth, tasty, and just the right level of fruitiness to it. 10/10 would recommend.
