Hambledon Classic Cuvée Brut Sparkling Wine NV England 75cl
Hambledon Classic Cuvee Brut Sparkling Wine 75cl is produced exclusively from Hambledon's own estate on the South East facing chalk slopes of Windmill Down, in the historic village of Hambledon. This English fizz has notes of fresh sourdough, magnolia and lily scents mingle with a hint of smoke over a core of greengage, red plums and dessert apples. The Palate is vivid, almost vibrantly crunchy with precise, structured yet ripe acidity. It is linear, dense and long with momentum and power that bodes well for the future.
Classic cuvee is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, carefully blended to show the best expression of the terroir for each harvest.
