Hambledon Blanc de Blancs uses the 2018 vintage as its base, and is the first release of the non-vintage Blanc de Blancs from the Hampshire Winery. Produced exclusively in Hambledon's sunny, south-facing vineyards, which provide the perfect environment for producing high-quality Chardonnay.
The wine is fresh, with orchard fruit aromas that are typical of Hambledon. The quality of the Chardonnay shines across the palate, with notes of creamy apple and quince. The marriage of all the flavours continue through the palate before the wine finishes on a ripple of vivacity, which is the hallmark of all the best English Sparkling Wines.
