Eric Rodez Blanc de Blancs Champagne NV 75cl is made from exclusively Chardonnay grape variety and is a blend of more than 15 wines from 5 to 6 different vintages. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% do not take part in the malolactic fermentation process, this allows for good conservation in the cellars.
