Drappier Blanc de Blancs Signature Champagne NV 75cl is a particularly special cuvee as although Blanc de Blancs is generally made from 100% Chardonnay, Drappier feature an original twist on the classic and add a splash of Pinot Blanc, known as "Blanc Vrai" in Champagne. The Pinot Blanc is added in order to increase complexity and roundness to the cuvee.
