Don Papa Rum Sherry Cask 70cl is a sherry-finished version of the Philippines' famous Don Papa Rum. After ageing in American oak casks, this rum is transferred to a variety of sherry casks, including Pedro Ximénez, Fino, Palo Cortado and Cream sherry casks. As a result, the spirit is complex, with aromas of dried fruit and earthy nuts which allows for a long-textured finish.
