This is a single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Dog Point with added interest as it has been wild-fermented in French oak barrels. Dog Point was set up by Ivan Sutherland and James Healy, having worked as viticulturists and winemakers for Cloudy Bay. Their vineyards are all organically farmed and wines are vegan friendly.

The combination of indigenous yeast fermentation and barrel ageing gives this wine complex layers of pink grapefruit, mango, lime and almonds.
