Derrumbes Durango Mezcal is created in Nombre de Dios, Durango, Mexico. It's composed of Cenizo (Durangesis) agave, cooked in stone pits underground using black oak and fermenting in underground tanks lined with pine wood and wooden stills. The result is a distictive and unique mezcal that really reflects the original Derrumbes character.
