Denbies Cubitt Blanc de Noirs 2014 English Sparkling Wine is composed of exclusively hand-picked Pinot Noir from the hillside vineyard of the Denbies Estate in Surrey. The juice from the carefully selected grapes is fermented at low temperatures to maintain premium Pinot Noir character. The wine ages on the lees for 6 months and then again in the bottle for a further 40 months to allow complexity to build.

On the nose, the wine exudes aromas of orange and festive spices, which continue onto the palate, complemented deliciously by flavours of spiced roasted almonds, baked apple, peach and apricot.
Excellent as an aperitif. Also a lovely pairing with dishes that include shellfish and oyster or match with a scrumptious Apple and Cinnamon pie.
