friendship between Compass Box Distillery Company and Juveniles Bistrot à Vins in Paris. Jill Boyd was the lead Whisky Maker on this special project, with 14,894 bottles being produced.
ABV: 46%
Beautifully refined and complex with herbaceous undertones. The palate displays ripe pears, freshly cut grass, red cherries and candied fruits.
