Dark Marc de Champagne Truffles are lightly dusted with cocoa with a delicious Champagne truffle centre - mixed with a little rum. Marc de champagne is a clear liquor distilled from the pomace of pressed champagne grapes and is part of the secret ingredient of the delicate scent and unique flavour of Charbonnel & Walker's creamy Marc de Champagne truffles.
