Ceretto Barbaresco 2016 DOCG has been created from some of Cerettos highest quality vineyards. They have combined grapes from two vineyards Bernadot in Treiso and Asili. They both display their own unique qualities and expressions to achieve a perfectly balanced, elegant wine. The Ceretto family has been producing wine in this area since the late 19th century, creating critically acclaimed Barolo, Barbaresco and Barbera.

This is a powerful wine, yet this is paired perfectly with supposing freshness and acidity. Notes of juicy red fruits including cherry, redcurrant and raspberry combine with intense spices, licorice and vanilla. Ripe tannins lead to a long finish of violets and rose petals.
