Broletto Rosso Terre Siciliane IGP Red Wine 75cl is an organic wine produced using mainly Nero d'Avola grapes as well as a proportion of Merlot and Syrah.
Nero d'Avola is Sicily's number one grape variety and is indigenous to the island. For this wine, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation takes place after the wine has fermented and been racked.
