Bolney Estate Cuveé Rosé Sparkling Wine 2019 75cl is a classy vintage traditional (fermented in bottle) method quality sparkling wine, smooth and full-bodied with flavours of red apple and toasty brioche. Simple and well balanced. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Ideal by itself or with traditional canapès. This wine was aged for 18 months on the lees prior to disgorgement and 13.4g/l of residual sugar which puts it in the high to middle of the Brut category. The wine underwent a malolactic fermentation prior to bottling. "Acid is there, but it’s ripe acidity and very well balanced. Great wine." Elegant, and well balanced, the Bolney Estate Cuveé Rosé showcases fresh aromas of toasted brioche, honeyed blossom and ripe, red berries. On the palate, the wine displays red apple and brioche notes, with a well-integrated acidity and a deliciously dry finish.
