Bolney Blanc de Blancs 2018 Brut Sparkling Wine 75cl is a stylish, vintage traditional sparkling wine. Smooth and full-bodied with ample citrus fruit and floral notes, which are complemented by wonderful yeasty undertones.
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. This wine is aged for 18 months on the lees before disgorgement, and 9g/l of residual sugar, which puts it in the high to middle of the Brut category. The palate is nicely balanced, long, soft, and precise. Lovely, expressive, and quintessentially English.
Great as an aperitif - its smooth texture and soft, fine mousse stimulate the palate, as well as making an ideal partner for food.
