A clean, crisp, natural grapefruit taste, slightly sour with a sharp bitter edge. Originally created for Guiliano Morandin at the Dorchester Bar, the Grapefruit Bitters are currently used in his Perfect Ten, a Martini based around Tanqueray Ten Gin.
