Billecart Salmon Demi Sec NV Champagne 75cl is a full flavoured champagne and is a reference for its perfect balance between sugar, alcohol and acidity. The champagne blend is identical to the Brut Reserve but with a greater dosage, creating a lively aroma with a hint of delicate flowers and evolving into buttery brioche notes.
In the glass, it has a beautiful, pale gold colour, emitting a constant procession of fine, regular and persistent bubbles in the glass.
