Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas Francois 2008 Champagne 75cl was created in 1964 as a tribute to the House's founder. Partially (20%) vinified in traditional oak casks, this champagne expresses a generous and elegant character.
Crafted using 60% Pinot Noir from Premiers and Grand Crus vineyards in the Montage de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne and 40% Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs.

Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Fine, malted aromas with orchard fruits and zesty mandarin seamlessly leading to a palate of stone and citrus fruits and slight resinous hints of spruce and juniper berries.
This particularly exceptional vintage will bring out the flavours in milk-fed veal chop with chanterelle mushrooms, or an excellent sole in lemon butter.
